Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
